I, ______________________________, agree that I am willing to be a helper to Independent AVON Representative, (your name).

The agreement is as follows:

I will be entitled to a 20% discount on my personal order as long as I maintain at least $75 in outside orders [orders other than my own] per campaign.

I am also aware that I will receive a 10% commission on all outside orders. This will be applied to my personal order and will be given regardless of outside order amount. NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN.

I understand that the duties of collecting orders, making deliveries and collecting money for any customer who places an order through me, are my responsibility.

I will submit all money collected to (your name) no later than every second Thursday starting _______________.

I agree to collect the money from my customers upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If a loss results due to failure to abide by this rule, I understand that (your name) will hold me responsible for the amount in question.
